Members of the AEROMIC consortium met in the AIRBUS Saint-Martin campus next to Toulouse, France on October 6 and 7, 2022. The goal of this consortium meeting was on the one hand to hold a workshop to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps of the AEROMIC project, and on the other hand to perform aeroacoustic measurements of the new piezoelectric microphone prototypes at the AIRBUS acoustic facilities. Emmanuel Julliard (AIRBUS) and members of the AIRBUS acoustic testing team were hosting the other consortium members: José A. Garcia Souto (UC3M), Xuyuan Chen (USN), Domenik Schramm (Vectoflow), Lixiang Wu (SAL), Lokesh Onteru (SAL), Alexander Shatalov (SAL) and Claire Bourquard (SAL). Javad Abbaszadeh (SAL) and Kolja Erbacher (TUB) joined the workshop remotely. The on-site participants could also visit the A320 assembly line, and some members of the consortium took the occasion to shortly visit the city center and try out a local delicacy: the cassoulet!
